Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a gift voucher. By checking the acceptance box and purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, the voucher cannot be redeemed.
2. Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for a refund.
3. Usage
Gift vouchers can only be used for the purchase of food and beverages at our restaurant. They cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
4. Lost or Stolen
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers. We recommend keeping your voucher code safe.
5. Liability
We reserve the right to revoke any voucher that has been obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
